Saw this vehicle speeding around near the Sports Centre the other day and the bald chap driving erratically decided to honk at two teenage girls, slow down and tried to chat with them. They told him their age and he carried on trying to talk with them. Luckily an adult came over and scared him away. He then sped off up towards little Tesco with his phone in his hand, almost missing a dog walker.
