Silver Renault van parked in road alongside but only inches from other vehicle that was legally parked in the on street parking bay. Driver of second vehicle couldn\'t exit vehicle because of this and could not drive away either. When can driver and passenger (both mid 20s yobs) returned with their lunch, they\'re drivers door hit second vehicle. Passengers raised complaint which was met by racial hatred and being told to \"f**k off back to your own country\". My objection (I\'m a white disabled male) to this was met with abuse also and threats of broken bones before the two inbreds drove off hastily. Lousy parking & lack of regard, plus unforgivable attitude. People like that should be locked up. Files kept for police use if victim decides to go down that route.
